As Associate Manager for Startup Accounts, you will own and nurture relationships with key startup clients that represent significant revenue for Razorpay. This is an account management and farming role focused on deepening existing customer relationships and expanding wallet share within your portfolio. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strategic relationships with startup clients and key decision-makers within their organizations - Cross-selling and upselling Razorpay's product suite to existing accounts, driving portfolio growth toward quota targets - Conducting regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities - Managing client-facing meetings both at Razorpay offices and client sites to strengthen partnerships - Achieving relationship targets and KPIs set by your team lead - Coordinating with internal departments (product, support, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery - Escalating and resolving client concerns promptly - Executing client satisfaction surveys and monitoring performance against service level agreements - Maintaining accurate CRM records of all client interactions and account changes You'll work in a high-ownership culture where autonomy is valued, learning is continuous, and transparency drives decision-making.
