As Associate Manager of Enterprise Partnerships, you will drive revenue growth for the RazorpayX business unit while building and managing the enterprise partnerships charter. This role combines individual revenue responsibility with team management, requiring you to identify and onboard high-potential enterprise channel partners across India through both new business development and account farming. Key responsibilities include: - Driving overall revenue for RazorpayX while maintaining and expanding the enterprise partnerships strategy - Identifying and onboarding high-potential enterprise channel partners nationwide - Building and nurturing relationships with enterprise partners, consultants, aggregators, ERP partners, and the broader HR and fintech ecosystem to drive RazorpayX adoption - Driving partner engagement initiatives to increase mindshare, product understanding, and transaction volumes - Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure partner success - Continuously improving engagement and conversion strategies You will focus on enabling Indian businesses to adopt RazorpayX's payout solutions—including business banking, payroll, and vendor payments—while playing a strategic role in reimagining money movement for companies across the country.
