Mytra is building robotics and distributed software to solve material movement and storage in supply chains—a $1T market. The company is addressing a critical industry need as e-commerce growth, rising costs, and supply chain disruptions have made this traditionally sleepy sector central to global economic resilience. As Associate Global Supply Manager for Electrical, you'll join the Supply Chain team managing one of the most technically complex and commercially critical commodity areas. The Electrical supply chain covers high-complexity, long-lead components including PCBAs, wire harnesses, compute modules, sensors, vision systems, and controls that define how Mytra's robotics products sense, think, and communicate. You'll work closely with the Senior Electrical GSM to keep this supply chain running smoothly. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of BOM items, supporting operational execution on highest-value components, and building foundational skills to grow into a fully independent GSM role. Key responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day supply chain execution across your Electrical BOM portfolio: track POs, manage lead times, follow up with suppliers, and keep delivery commitments on track - Support the Senior GSM on high-value, high-impact components, providing operational coverage and maintaining supply status visibility - Build and maintain supplier relationships through routine check-ins, performance tracking, and proactive issue escalation - Maintain accurate BOM and PO data in ERP and PLM systems to ensure supply chain information is current and actionable - Support competitive sourcing activities including RFQs, quote gathering, and commercial negotiations under guidance - Identify and flag supply risks—obsolescence, market constraints, long lead times, single-source exposure—and develop mitigation plans This role offers real exposure to supplier strategy and negotiation while developing the discipline and systems knowledge that makes supply chains reliable at scale. It's ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who wants to grow fast, work on genuinely hard problems, and be part of building cutting-edge robotics from the ground up.
