Amigo is building clinical AI infrastructure that health systems, life sciences companies, payors, and government agencies use to run patient-facing care. The platform supports agents across the entire patient journey—pre-visit intake, care navigation, post-visit care plans, and ongoing monitoring—with the goal of making excellent care accessible to every patient. Unlike single-purpose chatbots or scribes, Amigo is a platform that customers use to build their own agents, requiring work that holds up across specialties, workflows, and regulatory environments. The company has supported over 4 million patient encounters and is on track to grow tenfold this year, backed by Tier 1 VCs including Madrona, General Catalyst, and Optum Ventures. The team is approximately 35 people, working in-person in New York City and San Francisco. As an Associate Enterprise Account Executive, you will sit inside the enterprise sales motion and work alongside senior sellers on the company's largest opportunities. You will own top-of-funnel activities into named enterprise accounts, including building account maps, running multi-threaded outreach, and keeping deals moving between calls. As you grow into the role, you will take on your own discovery calls and start owning stages of the sales cycle, learning from experienced closers rather than from quarterly playbooks. Key responsibilities include: creating top-of-funnel pipeline through daily outbound into named enterprise accounts; building and maintaining account maps (org charts, buying committees, decision-makers, blockers); partnering with senior AEs on live enterprise deals by handling research, pre-call prep, follow-ups, and next-step chasing; running your own discovery calls and taking ownership of sales cycle stages as you develop; bringing opportunities found outside named accounts; maintaining clean CRM data; traveling for onsites, conferences, or executive meetings; and bringing market signal back on what's landing, what's dying, and what the market is telling the company. Requirements: Track record as a top performer on an SDR or BDR team with real pipeline generated, not just activity metrics. Comfortable and consistent on the phone—you pick up and dial without being asked. Fluent in the sales stack (CRM, sequencer, data and enrichment tools, LinkedIn) and comfortable learning new tools independently. Multi-channel outreach by default: cold call, email, LinkedIn, wherever the buyer is. High bias to action—when in doubt, you send the email, make the call, make the ask, and prefer being corrected to being stuck. Low ego and coachable; you hold strong opinions but take direction well when a senior seller has a better read on the deal. Clear, direct writing. Nice to have: Health tech, payer, provider, or digital health experience with understanding of health system buying cycles and security reviews. Exposure to enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals, even from an SDR seat.
