Mineralys Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing medicines to treat hypertension and related conditions including chronic kidney disease, obstructive sleep apnea, and aldosterone-driven diseases. The company's lead candidate, lorundrostat, is a selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor. The Associate Director/Director of Patient Support Services will design, execute, and optimize patient access, affordability, and healthcare provider support programs. This role translates strategy into operational plans, oversees program content development, manages vendor relationships, coordinates cross-functional inputs, and monitors performance against launch readiness and execution goals. Key responsibilities include: **Patient Access & Program Execution**: Support development and execution of patient access and affordability workstreams (copay support, patient support offerings, program operations). Monitor post-launch operations, process flows, and support resources; recommend refinements based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and vendor insights. Identify access, affordability, and operational barriers through program data and field input, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure program materials and processes align with brand priorities, compliance, and patient experience objectives. **Vendor Management & Launch Readiness**: Manage day-to-day activities with patient services vendors including hubs, copay platforms, affordability solutions, data partners, and digital engagement providers. Coordinate vendor launch readiness across implementation checkpoints, testing timelines, go-live dependencies, and issue resolution. Track vendor accountability to milestones, risks, and readiness deliverables; provide updates and recommendations to leadership. Monitor vendor performance against service levels, KPIs, quality standards, and operating procedures; escalate compliance, budget, or timeline risks. Support MSA/SOW, change order, invoice, and budget tracking by coordinating inputs across procurement, legal, finance, and compliance. **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Own launch readiness trackers, action items, dependencies, and operational documentation. Coordinate with Commercial, Market Access, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, field reimbursement, and vendor teams to identify dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on patient support strategy and execution.
