Moody's Banking Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Success Management to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value realization across its Banking Solutions portfolio. This role combines customer success leadership with strategic account management, requiring you to develop deep understanding of customer objectives and usage patterns across Risk, Finance, Lending, KYC, and Data solutions. You will develop and execute customer engagement plans that increase adoption, strengthen relationships, and expand solution usage. Working closely with Sales, you'll manage account health, engagement risk, and client retention strategies while serving as a trusted advisor to financial institutions. You'll communicate solution value through demonstrations, presentations, and strategic business discussions, and capture customer feedback to influence product development. Key responsibilities include driving customer adoption across the Banking Solutions portfolio; building deep understanding of customer objectives and priorities; developing engagement plans to increase adoption and strengthen relationships; partnering with Sales on account health and retention; serving as trusted advisor with industry insights and best practices; communicating solution value through presentations and discussions; capturing and communicating customer feedback to product teams; supporting executive outreach, customer forums, roundtables, and webinars; and coordinating development of customer references, case studies, and success stories. You'll work alongside industry experts in banking, technology, and analytics, helping clients maximize value from solutions and adopt innovative technologies, including AI, responsibly and effectively. Requirements: - Undergraduate degree required - Strong understanding of banking and financial services workflows, including lending, risk management, finance, compliance, and data-driven decision making - Proven experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels (end users, business leaders, senior executives) - Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, translate business requirements, and communicate solution value effectively - Strong consulting, discovery, and problem-solving skills with ability to align solutions to customer priorities - Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with confidence to lead client engagements independently - Ability to collaborate across sales, product, research, client support, and advisory teams - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously - Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows - Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges - Growing awareness of AI risk management and commitment to responsible, ethical AI use - Additional language skills, particularly French, are desirable
