Salary: USD 70,304 - 76,000 / annual
Fabletics is seeking an Associate Designer for its Scrubs line to support seasonal product development from concept through commercialization. In this role, you will partner with the design team to bring innovative ideas to life while developing your skills in apparel design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support seasonal product development cycles, creating and updating CADs, colorways, line sheets, and presentation materials
- Assist with seasonal product updates including prints, graphics, trims, and embellishments
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams on trim development, approvals, and execution
- Prepare samples, design boards, and meeting materials for seasonal reviews
- Manage wear tests, sample coordination, and maintain seasonal design libraries
- Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform future product direction
- Maintain organized design files and product information within Centric PLM
- Explore and experiment with AI and emerging technologies to enhance design processes and productivity
You bring a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience) and 2–3 years of apparel design experience. You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required) and have experience with PLM systems, preferably Centric. You understand garment construction, fit, and apparel product development fundamentals. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you have foundational AI literacy and experience with generative AI tools, with a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies.
