Salary: USD 68,000 - 90,000 / annual
Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Associate to drive adoption and identify growth opportunities across a high volume of customers. In this role, you will train customers on Datadog's observability and security platform, execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business, troubleshoot issues to ensure positive customer experience, and act as an internal advocate for customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities to grow existing customer footprints
- Successfully executing full sales cycles for upsell opportunities with assigned accounts
- Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure continued product adoption
- Proactively collaborating with customers to find expansion opportunities and increase retention
- Working cross-functionally with support, product, finance, and legal teams
- Advising customers on effective solution leverage

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience independently negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections for upsell/cross-sell activities

- Strong time management skills and confidence working in high-volume, high-velocity environments
