Salary: USD 90,000 - 130,000 / annual

STOKE Space Technologies is building Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight to radically lower space launch costs and increase flight cadence. As an Associate Customer Solutions Manager, you will own the complete post-sale customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your accounts throughout the design-to-manufacturing lifecycle. You will lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, defining success criteria and building deployment plans. You'll manage customer projects end-to-end, including implementations, integrations, and expansion rollouts, owning scope, timelines, stakeholders, and risks. As the first line of support for your accounts, you'll triage and resolve issues, coordinate with Support and Engineering on technical problems, and keep customers informed. You'll build strong relationships with executive sponsors, operations leaders, and end users to drive renewals, secure references, and identify expansion opportunities. You'll drive adoption across customer user bases, monitor account health, and lead regular business reviews connecting product impact to operational goals. You'll bring deep knowledge of design-to-manufacturing cycles, PLM, MES, and ERP workflows to advise customers on best practices and process design. You'll own risk management and escalations with clear communication and defined action plans. You'll capture customer feedback and feature requests to shape the product roadmap. Working closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams across time zones, you'll learn the product deeply to ensure every customer conversation is credible and substantive. The role requires extensive travel (30%+) for on-site implementations, training, and customer meetings. QUALIFICATIONS: - 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS, with focus on design-to-manufacturing solutions - Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, implementation, account management, or sales engineering - Demonstrated ability to manage customer onboarding and multiple concurrent projects with accountability for timelines and outcomes - Experience providing hands-on customer support, including troubleshooting, issue triage, and escalation management - Strong understanding of PLM, MES, ERP systems, with experience implementing or supporting them - Experience working with manufacturing or engineering organizations, preferably in aerospace, defense, or energy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage audiences from shop-floor users to executives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer challenges and develop effective solutions - Ability to travel extensively (30%+) for on-site implementations, training, and customer meetings - U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, or eligible to obtain required ITAR authorizations from U.S. Department of State
