THE ROLE As an Associate Consultant in Health Technology Assessment (HTA), you will deliver client consultancy projects focused on market access and reimbursement strategy. You will leverage EVERSANA's proprietary platforms (NAVLIN Price & Data, NAVLIN HTA Database) combined with tailored research and insights to support pharmaceutical and biotech clients in navigating complex HTA landscapes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct payer and HTA landscape mapping to identify reimbursement pathways and requirements - Support HTA submissions and value demonstration strategies (GVD development) - Develop value-based pricing analyses and early scientific advice plans - Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and deliver client reports and presentations - Utilize secondary data sources (clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes, pricing data) to inform market access strategies - Identify strategic alternatives and recommend solutions to client questions - Contribute to business development through lead identification, proposal development, and client relationship management - Develop deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through on-the-job training YOU WILL NEED - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information compellingly - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook - Ability to synthesize large datasets from multiple sources and make data-driven recommendations - Self-starter mentality with positive demeanor and creative thinking - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines - Understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and global reimbursement/HTA requirements - Knowledge of market research development processes - Quantitative and qualitative research skills REQUIREMENTS - Post-graduate degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, or Life Sciences (relevant field required) - 1–4 years of experience in market access, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research), or HTA consulting - Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability - Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations - Working knowledge of global reimbursement and HTA requirements
