Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from power generation through cloud services, positioning itself at the intersection of energy and AI.
As an Associate in Capital Markets, you will be a core member of the Corporate Finance team responsible for managing Crusoe's financial structure and capital strategy. This is a hands-on execution role that bridges capital formation, investor relations, and internal capital allocation.
Key responsibilities include:
Capital Formation & Transaction Execution: Support development and execution of the company's capital strategy across debt facilities, equity investments, credit lines, asset-backed securitizations, and private placements. Act as a key execution team member on new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, managing legal documentation, and overseeing closings. Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate financing proposals, analyze pricing, and assess capital structure impacts. Monitor global debt and equity capital markets, interest rates, and peer financing activity to inform strategy.
Relationship Management & Investor Relations: Create and maintain relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and financial partners. Prepare high-quality marketing materials including pitch books, deal teasers, and investor presentations. Assist senior management in term sheet negotiations and structuring discussions with capital partners. Attend relevant conferences and events to build ties in the capital markets.
Internal Capital Allocation & Treasury: Work with treasury and finance teams to manage capital flows and evaluate internal capital requests using a rigorous, return-focused framework. Support liquidity and risk management by analyzing cash flow forecasts, monitoring liquidity levels, and managing interest rate and FX exposures. Create internal research papers for executive leadership and the Board on market activity, peer financings, and precedent transactions.
The role requires analytical rigor, relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership and have direct exposure to board-level capital strategy discussions.
