Salary: USD 92,000 - 115,000 / annual

OLIPOP is a Series C beverage company on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale through functional soda—delicious, refreshing, and nutritionally beneficial. The company creates soda with 6-9g of fiber and 2-5g of sugar, reimagining a category while building a business grounded in humanistic values. As Associate Brand Manager, you will own the execution of key components of OLIPOP's marketing strategy, integrated campaign plans, and commercialization initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will work alongside domain specialists to translate brand communications strategy into effective, insightful work while building deeper understanding of corporate strategy and industry dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to development of marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with company objectives, market trends, and consumer needs; independently own execution of assigned components - Monitor brand and business performance, interpret data from multiple sources, synthesize learnings, and recommend optimizations grounded in brand positioning, consumer targeting, category dynamics, and competitive analysis - Lead day-to-day execution of assigned integrated marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, and influencer channels, seeking manager input at key milestones - Manage brand marketing workstream on cross-functional projects bringing new products, partnerships, flavors, and formats to market in alignment with brand strategy - Partner with consumer insights on qualitative and quantitative research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable recommendations - Track campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, and share post-campaign learnings and ROI recommendations - Manage budgets for assigned projects, maintain accurate tracking, and recommend spend optimization - Collaborate with internal experts across PR, media, partnerships, social, influencer, loyalty marketing, and design - Suggest project priorities and timelines for manager approval, proactively flagging risks and blockers - Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues, sharing best practices and process improvements What Makes Someone Successful: - Creative-minded brand builder who cares about quality and connectedness of work as much as timeline - Strong foundation in classic brand management - Strategic thinker who anticipates shifting business needs and connects broader objectives to execution details - Collaborative teammate who builds trust through competence, ownership, and clear cross-functional communication - Self-directed owner who proactively seeks feedback and applies it to improve individual and team outcomes - Organizationally resilient, optimistic, curious, and pragmatic Qualifications: - 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably within CPG, with a track record of independently executing campaigns and marketing strategies with excellence - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to developing recommendations and making decisions - Full proficiency in marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis, with a developing area of subject-matter expertise - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively and build alignment across functions and levels - Experience leading small projects end-to-end and managing workstreams within cross-functional initiatives, coordinating stakeholders toward shared goals - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of deliverables - Proficiency with relevant marketing tools and data sources such as POS, panel data, CRM, and analytics platforms
