Jerry is a pre-IPO fintech startup ($240M funded, 40X revenue growth in 4 years) that uses AI and machine learning to simplify car ownership. With 5M+ customers and a 4.7-star App Store rating, Jerry is redefining how people manage one of their most expensive assets. You'll join the creative team as an Associate Art Director focused on video production. This is a hands-on role where you'll concept, produce, and iterate video ads across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV platforms. Working under the guidance of senior creative leads, you'll own the full creative pipeline from brief through final delivery. Key responsibilities include: concepting and producing video creative for paid social and emerging channels; elevating composition, pacing, and storytelling to strengthen Jerry's brand while maintaining performance focus; staying current with platform trends and cultural shifts; developing hooks and visual frameworks grounded in performance data; editing video directly using industry-standard tools; leveraging AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation; and collaborating with media, growth, and analytics teams to translate performance signals into stronger creative work. You'll bring 4+ years of video creative, art direction, or production experience—ideally from performance agencies, in-house growth teams, or content studios. You have strong visual instincts, video editing fluency, and a genuine curiosity about what drives performance (hooks, pacing, CTAs). You're comfortable in fast-paced environments, open to feedback, and actively experimenting with generative AI tools. Bonus: experience blending both performance and brand creative contexts. This role offers a large creative canvas with real input early in your career, hands-on contribution from day one, and the opportunity to grow into a senior creative leadership position within a talent-dense environment.
