This role bridges product, consulting, and client success, requiring a blend of technical depth and business acumen.
You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, partnering with project managers to plan timelines and deliverables. Key responsibilities include conducting requirements-gathering workshops, performing solution design and gap analysis, and advising clients on best practices for leveraging lending solutions. You'll configure and customize application components—user interfaces, business rules, financial templates, credit rating models, workflows, and integration frameworks—while supporting data migration, third-party system integrations, and defect resolution.
You will coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing, deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions, and support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solution positioning, demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, and proposal responses. The role emphasizes responsible use of AI technologies to enhance research, solution development, presentations, and lending-related innovation.
Required qualifications: 3–4 years in software implementation, consulting, systems integration, or fintech projects within banking, software, consulting, or professional services. Strong software development background with proficiency in advanced programming languages (C#, Python, R, AngularJS, TypeScript). Good understanding of credit analytics (PD, LGD, credit rating), financial instruments (loans, letters of credit, FX), and accounting principles. Demonstrated experience conducting client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and implementation. Proven pre-sales capabilities including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations. Strong SQL, PostgreSQL, scripting, system integration, and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and solve business challenges, plus awareness of AI risk management and responsible AI use.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. Finance, Statistics, or related quantitative degrees with relevant IT coursework also considered. Exposure to credit decisioning for corporate and SME lending is a plus.
