The Value Engineering team is responsible for Celonis's largest Fortune 500 customers and owns their transformation journey by working on the frontier of what's possible with data and AI on the Celonis Platform. Partnering closely with Sales, Value Engineering ensures the platform is deployed to tackle strategic business challenges, fits into the right place in customers' technology stacks, and generates strong ROI through deep and broad deployments.
As an Applied AI Value Architect, you will spearhead AI and data-driven business transformation supporting customers in North America. Key responsibilities include:
**Value Selling & Realization:** Uncover real issues by peeling back layers of organizational complexity. Own outcomes from first discovery through realized ROI for your process areas. Craft powerful executive narratives and lead business value workshops.
**Stakeholder Management:** Cultivate executive sponsorship across core business units to champion transformation programs. Co-own change management with customer leaders and design Center of Excellence (CoE) roadmaps that build self-sufficiency.
**Program Management:** Steer global transformations across complex workstreams. Own and implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management. Automate executive governance (QBRs, SteerCos) with minimal manual friction.
**Platform & AI Fluency:** Act as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI tools for rapid technical outputs while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for deep-dive solution builds. Champion platform adoption.
**Scale Value & Innovation:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a strategic platform to drive adoption. Provide feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases.

**Requirements:**
- 3–5 years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
- Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle); operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding

- Proven expertise in executing process improvements
- Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs; expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship; flawless English communication with commanding executive presence
- Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains; stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical degree; or Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
- Frequent US travel required; candidates must be eligible for TN status under CUSMA; continued employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining valid TN status
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without requiring company sponsorship, LMIA support, or employer-assisted work permits
