As an Applied AI Specialist embedded in the Commercial Customer Success team, you will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain agentic AI solutions that help hundreds of customers get value from the Samsara platform at scale. You'll own the complete lifecycle of AI agents: from initial prompt engineering through production deployment, ongoing iteration as customer success playbooks evolve, and continuous refinement as new product features and real-world performance data emerge.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and building AI agents that power customer success workflows and help customers maximize platform value
- Developing prompt strategies, testing approaches, and deployment pipelines for agentic solutions
- Maintaining and iterating on deployed agents based on performance data, customer feedback, and product changes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customer success) to ensure agents remain relevant and reliable
- Identifying opportunities to apply AI to new customer success use cases and playbooks
