Antithesis is hiring an Applied AI Software Engineer to build AI-native products for go-to-market and marketing teams. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, data, and GTM operations, partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
Key responsibilities include understanding how GTM teams work and identifying pain points, then designing and shipping full-stack products that use AI to help non-technical teams execute more effectively. You'll build everything from lightweight agent workflows and automations to production applications for research, enrichment, account scoring, and other GTM challenges. You'll make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions, choosing between existing tools, reusable agent skills, custom integrations, or full applications based on the problem. Integration work with business systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong will be a regular part of the role.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including independently shipping and operating production systems. You should have shipped an LLM-powered product, feature, or workflow for real users and understand the difference between impressive prototypes and reliable systems people depend on. Direct experience working with non-technical users to understand workflows, test ideas, and iterate based on feedback is important. Experience integrating with business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, data-enrichment platforms) is preferred.
The current stack for internal GTM applications includes TypeScript, React, LangChain, and AWS. While experience with these tools is helpful, the team prioritizes strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly. You'll join a collaborative, kind team supporting a rapidly-growing sales organization, with access to world-class tools, teammates, and experts to do portfolio-worthy work in an environment that does not tolerate low-quality solutions.
