You will join as an Applied AI Scientist to lead state-of-the-art research and development on novel AI/ML approaches for solving Ent's security challenges. This is a hands-on role combining frontier research with practical product impact. You'll work on developing new AI workflows and models, incorporating and advancing current state-of-the-art techniques, and inventing frameworks with strong theoretical grounding.
You bring PhD-level or postdoc-equivalent expertise in AI/ML algorithms, advanced statistical modeling, and applied mathematics. You have a proven track record of frontier academic research (publications, code, talks) and hands-on experience developing novel approaches and algorithms—not just applying off-the-shelf models. Critically, you've delivered results in industry settings: working solutions, patents, or startup experience demonstrating your ability to ship.
