As Technical Support Specialist, you'll own customer cases end-to-end, investigating data discrepancies, diagnosing integration issues, identifying software defects, and building institutional knowledge. The role requires genuine analytical depth to resolve complex technical challenges in a live revenue management platform serving hotels, resorts, and casinos.
Key responsibilities include: investigating product inquiries including data discrepancies, integrations, and UI behaviors; creating and updating knowledge base articles using KCS methodology to enable customer self-service; participating in collaborative troubleshooting sessions with teammates on complex issues; identifying and validating software defects versus user errors with detailed documentation for R&D escalation; maintaining response time and customer satisfaction standards; and using internal tools, logs, data analysis, Excel, XML, and APIs to investigate technical issues.
You'll need 2+ years in hospitality or hospitality technology, prior technical support experience with ticketing systems and data analysis, strong critical thinking and root-cause diagnosis skills, excellent English communication, ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, and flexibility for monthly shift rotations (+/- 2 hours) and limited holiday coverage.
