ICEYE, the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Supplier Finance Operations team in Warsaw (or Espoo, Finland). This is a permanent hybrid role (3 days/week in office) reporting to the Account Payable Lead.
You will be responsible for auditing employee travel and expense (T&E) reports, processing vendor invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records within a fast-paced, growing organization. Key responsibilities include reviewing expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance, verifying and coding supplier invoices in accounting systems (handling both PO and non-PO scenarios), reconciling vendor statements, preparing weekly and ad-hoc payment requests, performing month-end closing activities, and supporting system migrations and tool onboarding. You will also document and stabilize new workflows during transitions, maintain best-in-class AP processes aligned with internal controls and compliance, and support internal and external audits.
The ideal candidate has a background in accounting, finance, or business administration, with solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and experience with complex invoice scenarios. Proficiency with AP/finance systems (NetSuite, Rillion, SAP/S4HANA, or similar) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) is essential. You should be detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable with shifting priorities during transitions and month-end cycles. A genuine continuous improvement mindset and comfort with AI-powered finance tools are valued.
