Diligent is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis efforts across assigned regions or business areas. This role is critical to supporting strategic and operational decision-making through deep financial insights and actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, maintenance, and enhancement of financial reporting packages, models, and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Analyze, consolidate, and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial statements
- Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings, providing analysis and recommendations
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive performance and operational efficiency
The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights. This is an individual contributor role focused on financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning across the organization.
