As Analyst, Strategic Finance, you will be a core member of the FP&A team supporting financial planning and analysis across a capital-intensive, high-growth business. You'll build and maintain financial models that drive capital planning, forecasting, and budgeting decisions across global operations. Your responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis, tracking key business metrics and KPIs, and partnering with Project Controls and Operations teams to monitor capital expenditure against budget.
You'll support investor updates, Board meetings, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial materials and analysis. You'll identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities through ad hoc analysis supporting strategic business decisions. Working closely with the Accounting team, you'll maintain financial reporting tools, templates, and processes while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career seeking exposure to infrastructure investing at scale. You'll have real opportunity to grow into broader FP&A and finance leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced, founder-led organization.
Required: 2–4 years in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or related field. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with financial reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in infrastructure, energy, or capital-intensive industries is a plus.
