The Pricing & Commercial Operations team is building a Deal Desk function to accelerate revenue while maintaining margin targets. This high-impact, cross-functional role partners closely with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Product to develop pricing strategy and execution frameworks. Key responsibilities: - Balance revenue versus margin goals across multiple products, channels, segments, and geographies - Develop scalable processes and high-performance teams to manage diverse deal types, from multi-million dollar global enterprise deals to SMB transactions - Enable global sales teams to move quickly while customizing solutions for customers and partners - Review discount approval requests and analyze competitive dynamics on a deal-by-deal basis to maximize gross margin - Monitor and grow total revenue through sales incentives program success and engagement - Drive independent projects to identify and scale revenue/margin opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Channel, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to scale the EMEA office This role offers broad company and executive exposure with a mandate spanning pricing strategy, deal management, and commercial operations scaling. REQUIREMENTS: - Bilingual fluency in English and German/Dutch (ideally both) - 1–2 years of experience in a business-oriented function - Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar quantitative field - Strong quantitative capabilities with ability to engage at portfolio and deal level - Willingness to roll up sleeves and dig into data - Ability to collaborate with and influence Sales, Product Management, and Executive teams - Must be independently authorized to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available) - Must be willing and able to work onsite 5 days per week in London BONUS: - Experience selling or pricing enterprise products - Experience using agentic AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate business processes or create internal tools
