Despegar, a leading travel platform in Latin America for over 25 years, is seeking a Training Analyst - Content Creator to join their People & HR team. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on designing, creating, and optimizing corporate training content and learning experiences.
You will define content and virtual training strategies in collaboration with internal and partner teams, leading the optimization of training routes and learning models. Your core responsibilities include creating sophisticated and innovative learning content—including learning paths, videos, customer journeys, gamification, and advanced e-learning modules—while ensuring alignment with predefined pedagogical architecture, storytelling principles, and learner experience design.
You will serve as a technical reference for content creation and editing tools, supporting and mentoring junior and mid-level professionals. You'll participate actively in validating critical processes and operational changes, and drive continuous improvement of content based on data, feedback, and learning indicators.
The role requires establishing and evolving standards for layout, language, and narrative across the organization's training ecosystem. You will work with regional teams across Latin America, requiring intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency.
Work model: Hybrid, with 8 mandatory office days per month at the Alphaville/SP headquarters. Schedule is 5x2 (9:00–18:00) with schedule flexibility.
**Requirements:**
- Solid experience in corporate education and instructional design
- Advanced expertise in content creation tools (Canva, video editing software, e-learning platforms, LMS)
- Mastery of educational methodologies (Andragogy, Microlearning, Storytelling, Learning Experience Design)
- Proficiency with AI tools and applications
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Excellent communication and strategic vision
- Autonomy in technical decision-making
**Preferred qualifications:**
- Deep knowledge of tourism, air and non-air travel flows, and provider systems
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Travel Tech environments
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish (required for regional team collaboration)
- Experience with learning metrics and operational efficiency measurement
