In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining visibility into profitability and unit economics across products, segments, and customers. You will execute project initiatives covering timelines, resource planning, tracking, and results measurement. A key part of the position involves developing and maintaining management dashboards and reliable data foundations for senior leadership, interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
You will collaborate closely with Data, Finance, BizOps, and Product teams to ensure consistency in definitions and data sources. You will also support pricing analyses, including impact simulations, discount and exception analysis, and tracking of price adjustments.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in quantitative fields (Engineering, Economics, Administration, Statistics, or related)
- Experience in business analysis, planning, FP&A, pricing, or consulting
- Advanced SQL
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with AI tools
- Understanding of income statements and financial indicators (revenue, margin, cost, contribution)
- Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical audiences
DESIRABLE:
- Experience in fintech, payments, benefits, or B2B SaaS
- Financial modeling and unit economics experience
- Python for data analysis
