As a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage the collection operation by monitoring and updating collection workflows, tracking receivables, delinquency, PCLD (provision for credit losses), and write-offs. You will monitor recovery actions and propose improvements to the receivables process. Your responsibilities include consolidating data and preparing management reports and KPIs, partnering with Technology, Customer Experience, Continuous Improvement, Business Units, and Relationship teams. You will support the development of junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process automation and AI application within the department. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields - Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections - Knowledge of collection workflows, receivables management, delinquency, PCLD, and write-offs - Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency - Ability to consolidate data and prepare management reports - Familiarity with process automation and AI applications DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: - SAP and BI tools knowledge - Experience in technology, services, benefits, or SaaS sectors - Background with process automation and AI in financial routines
