Flash Benefícios is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead the transformation of the Procurement function from an operational role to a strategic value driver for the organization.
In this role, you will:
• Conduct end-to-end strategic sourcing for marketing, events, and facilities categories, including category management, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiation.
• Support governance and compliance with internal policies, integrating the P2P workflow (requisition → ERP → supplier homologation → legal) into a unified process.
• Drive digital transformation of the procurement function through process automation and AI implementation, including supplier sourcing, vendor analysis, contract review, and task automation.
• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank (Bacen) regulations, establishing clear KPIs and sustainable cost savings.
Required qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation.
• Practical application of AI in procurement for sourcing, supplier analysis, contract review, and process automation.

Differentiators:
• Experience with category management and strategic sourcing methodologies (ABC curve, Kraljic matrix, TCO).
• Familiarity with e-procurement and SRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Zycus, Sienge, Linkana, SoftExpert).
• Strong change management and influence capabilities to reduce procurement decentralization.
• Knowledge of third-party risk management and audit trails in procurement processes.
• Degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Management.
