You will lead Pigment's Solutions Consulting team for the AMER Central region, managing up to 5 consultants while maintaining hands-on involvement in high-value customer engagements. Your responsibilities include: **Team Leadership & Development:** - Manage day-to-day task assignment, problem-solving, and prioritization for your team - Coach team members to improve core solutions consulting competencies - Lead hiring processes to build high-performing teams in collaboration with global SC leadership - Develop and present quarterly execution strategies at Business Reviews **Customer-Facing Delivery:** - Lead discovery sessions independently, connecting customer pain points to critical business initiatives and quantifying solution value - Deliver compelling product demonstrations and position platform value to prospects - Develop customized talk tracks and customer journeys - Build planning models for Proofs of Value and live workshops - Communicate effectively with C-level executives, particularly CFOs and CIOs **Strategic Collaboration:** - Work with regional sales leaders to develop account strategies and conduct account reviews - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams - Serve as a force multiplier bringing domain expertise and strategic thinking to the team **Requirements:** - Previous experience leading a Pre-sales or Solutions Consulting team - Proven ability to manage and coach high-performing teams - At least one of the following: 3+ years pre-sales experience in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) space; subject matter expertise in Finance, HR/Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management, Revenue Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, or Supply Chain; or Value Engineering background - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and organization abilities - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability to travel up to 30% - BS/BA degree (preferred) - Professional proficiency in English (essential)
