Scale AI enables governments to adopt AI with confidence by integrating enablement, change management, and AI fluency into national transformation efforts. This senior individual contributor role owns and scales the learning system driving GenAI adoption across public sector audiences.
The role has three core mandates: (1) Design the learning strategy and course portfolio, purpose-built to move government teams onto Scale's deployed use cases; (2) Run the platform that delivers learning at national scale, including LMS selection, rollout, certification, and badging; (3) Represent Scale's learning capability in regional AI conversations through high-stakes workshops, briefings, and public-facing moments.
Key responsibilities include leading LMS strategy and selection, defining a course catalog that drives adoption outcomes, designing and launching flagship programs (starting with foundational AI literacy), and building measurement systems that tie learning to adoption rather than just completion metrics. You'll adapt programs across geographies with localization as a design principle, partner with delivery vendors and national training bodies, and deliver workshops to public sector audiences from working teams to senior leadership.
You'll translate technical GenAI concepts for non-technical audiences, work with marketing on speaker series and events, and build Scale's standing in the regional AI-learning conversation. The role sits at the top of the adoption funnel—the credibility you build opens doors to deeper engagements.
Success in the first 6 months means LMS strategy decided and foundational program live with certification, course catalog defined and mapped to use cases, two audience tracks delivered with satisfaction signals, and at least one public-facing moment. By 12 months, you'll have a functioning LMS ecosystem across multiple markets with proven localization, a course catalog actively driving adoption with measurable pull-through, and recognition from public sector partners.
