Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual
Levelpath is building AI that transforms enterprise procurement. As an AI Solutions Specialist, you'll be the bridge between customer business requirements and AI execution, making AI work reliably in real-world scenarios.
You'll translate customer needs—policies, processes, documents, and instructions—into clear configurations and prompts that guide AI behavior. Your day-to-day work includes learning how customers want their procurement workflows to function, writing and refining prompts and rules, testing thoroughly for edge cases, and investigating unexpected AI behavior to improve performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into AI instructions and configurations
- Write and refine prompts, rules, and configurations that guide AI behavior
- Test work thoroughly, including edge cases and unusual scenarios
- Investigate and troubleshoot when AI produces unexpected results
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and clarify ambiguous requirements
- Configure AI agents for document analysis, classification, compliance, and procurement workflows
- Build reusable templates and approaches to accelerate similar problem-solving
- Share learnings with product and engineering teams to improve the platform
Ideal candidates are exceptionally detail-oriented, love solving puzzles, can structure complicated or ambiguous information clearly, write precisely, are technically curious, and have played with AI tools. You should be comfortable with customer conversations, take ownership of problems, and thrive in fast-moving environments. No software engineering background, CS degree, or procurement expertise required—just smart, curious thinking and a drive to figure things out.
