Onbe, a fast-growing fintech payments company, is seeking an AI Solutions Senior Specialist to drive operational transformation through AI and automation. This role partners with priority departments—starting with Implementations and FinOps—to identify repetitive work, legacy business problems, and workflow inefficiencies.
Key responsibilities include observing and documenting current-state business workflows, including systems, handoffs, exceptions, decision points, and manual effort. You will identify process bottlenecks and opportunities to reduce operational friction, then determine the optimal approach for each: standard automation, LLM-assisted workflows, agentic orchestration, or hybrid solutions.
You will design LLM-fed automation capable of classifying, summarizing, extracting, routing, validating, and structuring information to reliably feed downstream workflows. Using approved platforms including Power Automate, Glean, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Decagon, and Atlassian Rovo, you will build and configure AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations. You will also leverage Power Automate and connected enterprise systems to streamline approvals, notifications, case creation, data movement, and reporting.
Beyond implementation, you will measure business impact, document best practices, train employees on new workflows and tools, and then rotate to the next function to scale impact across the organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role ideal for someone who combines process improvement expertise with hands-on AI/automation platform experience and the ability to drive adoption across teams.
