The AI Search Innovation Lead will drive the evolution of Fever's brand authority in the next era of search, with a focus on AI and LLM (Large Language Model) optimization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bridging traditional SEO expertise with emerging AI search technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic evolution of SEO practices by integrating methods to secure brand authority across all major LLMs and AI search results
- Lead testing and measurement initiatives to understand how established SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence
- Design and maintain analytical frameworks to measure AI visibility performance, integrating new data sources and ensuring accurate reporting
- Collaborate intensively with Product and Engineering teams to ensure data schema, site architecture, and API feeds are optimally engineered for AI model ingestion
- Continuously evaluate new LLM releases, AI models, and emerging platforms (including MCPs), translating industry developments into actionable testing strategies
- Design and execute PR and community conversation strategies to accelerate and measure LLM perception
The role reports into Fever's SEO team, which captures and influences demand across the entire discovery ecosystem—traditional search engines, LLMs, local listings, third-party integrations, and beyond. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to drive organic growth revenue and shape how users discover experiences across global platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Big Data (STEM degree required)
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in SEO, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong bias toward data-based decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages (required); SQL familiarity is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (required); additional languages are valuable assets
