The AI Search Innovation Lead will drive the evolution of Fever's brand authority in the emerging era of AI-powered search. This role focuses on understanding and optimizing how large language models (LLMs) construct answers and cite sources, moving beyond traditional SEO to shape visibility across AI models and emerging platforms like MCPs (Model Context Protocols).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic evolution of SEO practices by integrating methods to secure brand authority across all major LLMs and AI search results
- Lead testing and measurement initiatives to decipher how established SEO signals influence LLM citations and generative presence
- Design and maintain analytical frameworks to measure AI visibility performance, integrating new data sources and ensuring accurate reporting
- Collaborate intensively with Product and Engineering teams to optimize data schema, site architecture, and API feeds for seamless AI model ingestion
- Continuously evaluate new LLM releases, AI models, and emerging platforms, translating industry developments into actionable testing strategies
- Design and execute PR and community conversation strategies to accelerate and measure LLM perception
The role operates within Fever's SEO team, which captures and influences demand across the entire discovery ecosystem—from traditional search engines to LLMs, local listings, and third-party integrations. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to drive organic growth revenue and shape how users discover experiences globally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Big Data (STEM degree required)
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in SEO, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data-based decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages (required); SQL familiarity is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (required); additional languages are valuable
