Salary: USD 145,000 - 270,000 / annual
OpusClip is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Agent Opus, a new 0-to-1 AI-native video creation product. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity within a company that has already scaled OpusClip to 10 million users and raised $50M from top-tier investors including SoftBank Vision Fund.
You will own the full product vision, strategy, and execution for Agent Opus from early exploration through product-market fit. The role requires strong product taste, founder-level agency, and deep curiosity about how AI transforms creative workflows. You'll work directly with the founding team in a small, fast-moving group operating at startup speed.
Key responsibilities include: driving product vision and strategy while identifying high-leverage opportunities; translating cutting-edge multimodal AI research into intuitive, delightful user experiences; operating with high autonomy to prototype ideas and validate assumptions rapidly; developing deep understanding of core users through direct research; and maintaining an uncompromising standard for aesthetic quality, rhythm, and visual harmony.
The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of product management experience, including time in early-stage startups. You should have strong product sense, a hands-on working style comfortable with incomplete information, and proven experience building consumer-facing products with direct user research. Genuine curiosity about AI, multimodal models, and agents is essential. An eye for short-form content, familiarity with creator tools, and experience with AI/LLM products are highly valued.
This role is not suitable if you need a handed-down roadmap, prefer mature products with stable metrics, view PM work primarily as coordination, or are uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration. You should actively consume short-form content and have used creator or video editing tools recently.
