Assort Health is building AI agents that transform patient access in healthcare—scheduling, triage, intake, referrals, and payments. The company has grown from 15 people in 2025 to 250+ by end of 2026, with revenue up 20x in 15 months and a recent $120M Series C at $1.2B valuation. They operate the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 240 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, and 1.6 million decision pathways. This AI Operations Manager role supports the VP of APM and owns the operational backbone of the account portfolio. You will build dashboards and reporting infrastructure tracking containment, resolution, PSAT, and implementation velocity. You'll design automation and tooling to keep agent quality high and accelerate implementations—if the team does something twice by hand, you build the fix. You'll lead weekly business reviews across all accounts (strategic, enterprise, mid-market), identifying health, risk, and next actions. You'll partner with the Enablement lead on training and playbooks, support recruiting operations for the APM org, and coordinate daily with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation to keep accounts unblocked. Required: 2–3 years in MBB, top-tier professional services, or comparable operating role. Engineering or technical degree from a highly selective program. Daily fluency with LLMs and AI agents (deep coding not required). Experience running or supporting executive-level business reviews. Cross-functional comfort with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation. Rigorous, detail-obsessed, clear writing; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration. Nice-to-have: healthcare/EHR/PMS exposure or recruiting/people ops experience at a fast-growing company.
