As an AI-First Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive Smartcat's hiring strategy across Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions. You'll own complex recruiting searches from Individual Contributor through Director level, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing and assessment to close. Your mission is to increase talent density by hiring exceptional performers who thrive in high-growth, high-accountability environments.
Key responsibilities include: independently managing multiple concurrent searches; using AI tools and market intelligence to improve sourcing, outreach, interview prep, and decision-making; driving rigorous evaluation processes focused on capability, motivation, and adaptability; meeting or exceeding quarterly hiring goals; and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives on talent strategy, compensation positioning, and organizational design.
You'll also shape the future of recruiting at Smartcat by continuously experimenting with new workflows, automations, and recruiting technologies. This is an opportunity to build an AI-native Talent Acquisition function from the ground up at a Series C company with strong year-over-year growth. You'll partner closely with leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, drive urgency and accountability, and deliver exceptional candidate experience while strengthening employer brand.
