Salary: GBP 85,000 - 130,000 / annual
DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform automating accounting workflows from data entry to close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.
In this role, you will own end-to-end ERP implementations and build long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities include delivering best-in-class onboarding and go-live execution, collaborating with founders, product, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on customer feedback, and establishing implementation methodologies and operational standards that challenge industry norms.
You'll work with a high-agency team in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where your feedback directly influences product direction. The role requires 3-6+ years of ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory experience, with a track record of leading 4-5+ end-to-end projects. An accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4) is strongly preferred.
Success in this role demands a hardcore work ethic, deep understanding of ERP systems and finance workflows, customer obsession, and comfort with high ownership in a high-trust, high-expectation environment. You'll have significant equity ownership in a top AI company and grow with the organization from an early stage.
