Turing is seeking an AI Engagement Lead to join its GenAI delivery organization in New York. This is a leadership role managing end-to-end GenAI projects from proof-of-concept through full-scale implementation for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers with diverse skill sets and serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Client Relationship & Communication: Lead strategic discussions with clients and prospects to build AI product pipelines and identify new revenue opportunities. Manage client expectations proactively, handle escalations, and participate in stakeholder meetings to capture and consolidate requirements across functions. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and system design guidance to the engineering team. Align the team toward a technical roadmap, ensure timely execution, and stay current with LLM research to demonstrate technical expertise to clients. Team Leadership & Coordination: Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and client success teams. Remove blockers through effective communication and prioritization. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings focused on support, expectations, and delivery alignment. Project Planning & Oversight: Manage program-level timelines, releases, phases, and go-live plans using engineering velocity inputs. Co-own delivery planning and facilitate sprint planning sessions. Own overall delivery quality, scope, and timelines. Ensure robust business-facing documentation including requirements, BRDs, PRDs, and roadmaps. Assess costs, ROI, and long-term business impact. Identify delivery risks and create proactive mitigation plans. Required skills include excellent communication and stakeholder management, entrepreneurial mindset, and GenAI experience. The role involves working with Turing's leadership team of AI technologists from Meta, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, and top academic institutions.
