Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 / annual
Arkestro is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive company-wide AI adoption across all departments. You will run the Arkestro AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) day-to-day, building with dedicated department positions, coaching a cross-functional champions network, and scaling wins across the organization. This is an influence-driven role focused on universal adoption with measured business value.
Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end company-wide AI adoption (awareness, training, activation, and measured outcomes); running the AI CoE operating cadence including champions network, office hours, intake, prioritization, and adoption scoreboard; recruiting, coaching, and supporting at least one champion in every department; running cross-functional AI pods that pair AI-proficient engineers with department subject matter experts in ten-day sprints delivering measured results; delivering tiered training (AI fluency foundation for all, deeper training for dedicated roles and champions); managing the shared skills library and distribution pipeline with Engineering; instrumenting adoption and outcomes (workflows converted, hours returned, dollar impact) with monthly executive reporting; managing the AI tooling portfolio and vendor evaluation against budget caps; and publishing wins with numbers to recruit the next wave of builders.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in engineering, operations, or enablement roles, including 2+ years leading adoption of a platform or practice across an organization and 1+ year in the last 2 years directly building, leading, or influencing AI at company level. You must be a hands-on builder who scripts, calls APIs, wires automations, and has shipped AI workflows others depend on. Proven training and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences with demonstrated adoption curves. Relentless resourcefulness with AI, high empathy for cross-departmental collaboration, and ability to point to measured before-and-after outcomes.
Bonus qualifications: forward-deployed engineering experience at an AI lab, consultancy, or product company; procurement, supply chain, or B2B SaaS domain experience; familiarity with AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2); experience standing up centers of excellence or champions programs.
