Gyde is building the first AI-native insurance brokerage platform, combining acquisition and AI to transform traditional brokerages into next-generation, data-driven organizations. The company operates at the intersection of healthcare, insurance, and AI—helping millions of Americans access better coverage through intelligent voice, chat, and predictive systems. As AI Deployment Specialist, you will own the end-to-end implementation of GydeOS (Gyde's platform) inside every newly acquired insurance agency. This is a hands-on, technical operator role embedded with partner agencies during their digital transformation. Key responsibilities include: **Systems Integration & Configuration**: Lead complete GydeOS stand-up from kickoff to go-live. Integrate GydeOS with each agency's CRM, building reusable connectors and executing migration playbooks. Validate, clean, and troubleshoot book-of-business and broker data uploads. Configure commission and contracting modules, including carrier hierarchies and agency-specific incentive structures. Work with Engineering to tune Gia (the AI agent) to each agency's specific workflows, products, and eligibility rules. Build lightweight BI dashboards and reconciliation views for real-time integration health visibility. Identify and resolve blockers quickly, escalating to Partner Growth and Engineering as needed. **Training & Enablement**: Train full downline of agents at each agency on GydeOS functionality—data uploads, commissions, contracting, and day-to-day usage. Build and maintain scalable enablement collateral (SOPs, walkthroughs, video guides) to support adoption across partners. **Field Feedback & Standardization**: Spot patterns in the field and feed insights back to Engineering to sharpen the deployment playbook. Balance speed-to-value and standardization over bespoke solutions. Operate effectively in an unstructured environment, solving most problems independently—including direct data queries, scripting transformations, standing up dashboards, and developing email automations. This is a "building the plane while flying it" role. You'll be resourceful, technically capable, and focused on repeatable processes that scale across agencies. The ideal candidate has experience with systems integration, data validation, CRM configuration, SQL/scripting, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
