Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Lead to bridge strategy and execution for enterprise AI transformation. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives at high-value accounts, architecting AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and public sector.
In this hybrid presales/posales role, you will lead strategic advisory engagements, designing tailored AI strategies and proof-of-concepts that address critical business challenges. You will own end-to-end deployment success, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute roadmaps and ensure seamless adoption. Your responsibilities span diagnosing business drivers, co-creating multi-year AI transformation roadmaps, developing compelling business cases, and navigating organizational complexity to drive change management.
You will identify expansion opportunities within accounts, mentor junior strategists, and represent Mistral as a thought leader through speaking engagements and industry contributions. This role demands executive presence, technical credibility, and commercial acumen—the ability to engage credibly with both C-suite executives and technical teams while structuring ambiguous problems into actionable programs.
Required: 8+ years in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or customer-facing strategic roles with focus on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation. You must hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.) and possess deep, practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development with hands-on experience developing AI solutions. You must have a proven track record engaging and influencing C-suite executives, experience managing high-value accounts, and comfort with both presales and postsales environments. You are a collaborative leader who motivates cross-functional teams through influence, thrive in fast-paced high-stakes environments, and are open to frequent travel.
