As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will be a technical leader working directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement AI-powered solutions on Writer's platform. This is a hybrid role based out of San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle, or London.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, prescriptive recommendations for customers ranging from technical teams to C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing customer feedback that influences the product roadmap
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to accelerate customer time-to-value
- Drive adoption and expansion of Writer's AI solutions within customer accounts, ensuring maximum ROI
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive API experience, with expertise in prompt engineering and linguistic principles for AI applications
- Proven track record architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
- Builder's mindset with passion for emerging technologies; comfort with experimentation and iteration in generative AI
- Drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo, and own outcomes for strategic accounts
