As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will be a technical leader working directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement AI-powered solutions on Writer's platform. You'll identify strategic use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and validate technical feasibility
- Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, prescriptive recommendations for customers navigating generative AI
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams, providing customer feedback that influences the product roadmap
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to accelerate customer time-to-value
- Champion adoption and expansion of Writer's solutions within customer accounts to maximize ROI
This role is hybrid and based out of Writer's London hub, with flexibility across their San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, and Seattle offices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience with APIs, including sophisticated prompt design and linguistic principles for AI applications
- Proven track record architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences from technical teams to C-suite leadership
- Builder's mindset with passion for emerging technologies; comfort experimenting, learning, and iterating in generative AI
- Drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo with innovative solutions, and own successful outcomes for strategic accounts
