As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will be a technical leader working directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement AI-powered solutions. You'll partner deeply with Fortune 500 companies to identify strategic AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions using Writer's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and validate technical feasibility
- Architecting and delivering custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging Writer's platform
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear solution recommendations for diverse audiences
- Collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap
- Developing scalable processes and documentation to accelerate customer time-to-value
- Driving adoption and expansion of Writer's AI solutions within customer accounts
This role offers significant influence over product evolution and direct impact on some of the world's largest companies' AI transformation journeys. You'll work across Writer's hubs in San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle, and London, with this posting focused on the East Coast (New York City).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles
- 3+ years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive API experience
- Proven expertise in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications
- Track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to simplify complex AI concepts for technical teams through C-suite leadership
- Builder's mindset with passion for emerging technologies and generative AI
- Drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge status quo, and own outcomes for strategic accounts
