You will join Clara Ops as a strategic senior individual contributor tasked with architecting the next generation of operational excellence through AI and automation. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering, identifying high-friction workflows and designing enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions to eliminate them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping complex operational workflows across Clara and building a prioritized roadmap for AI augmentation
- Designing and deploying advanced AI workflows using N8N, Claude Code, and LLM APIs to replace manual processes
- Collaborating with executives to implement agent-based and rule-based automation that improves speed, accuracy, and capacity without linear headcount growth
- Architecting operational dashboards in Metabase to surface KPIs and flag anomalies
- Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to ensure operational readiness for feature launches
- Serving as Clara's internal expert on AI operations, evaluating new technologies and establishing best practices
- Identifying data gaps and collaborating with Engineering on Databricks pipelines for advanced operational decisions
- Documenting architectures and processes for maintainability and cross-functional handoffs
- Leading a "team of AIs" with an unlimited token budget to drive exponential output
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution, requiring someone who can spot opportunities for machine optimization and then design, deploy, and scale the systems to realize them.
