Maisa AI is seeking an AI Automation Consultant to join the Client Services team. You will implement agentic process automation solutions using Maisa Studio, translating solution designs from Solutions Architects into production-ready Digital Workers.
Key responsibilities include:
**Build & Configure**: Implement Digital Worker configurations in Maisa Studio based on technical specifications. Configure integrations including APIs, connectors, and data flows. Identify and escalate specification gaps or feasibility issues early in the process.
**Test & Validate**: Own user acceptance testing (UAT) with production data, document results, and resolve defects. Certify that Digital Workers meet defined KPIs and success criteria before go-live. Collaborate with Solutions Architects during UAT to ensure the build matches the designed experience.
**Deploy & Hand Over**: Manage go-live deployments following established procedures. Provide operations teams with complete documentation including configuration details, known limitations, runbooks, and support notes to ensure successful post-launch maintenance.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with Solutions Architects, asking questions and flagging risks early. Provide effort estimates to support scoping and delivery planning. Share reusable configurations and lessons learned with the engineering team. Support colleagues when they encounter blockers.
You should have demonstrable experience in automation development, low-code/no-code platforms, or technical implementation roles. Hands-on API and integration experience in delivery contexts is essential. You must learn new platforms quickly and have worked across multiple tools. You can ship reliably under pressure with strong attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation. Practical AI experience beyond ChatGPT prompting is required. Native German and professional English fluency are required; Spanish is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field is expected.
