OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that streamlines virtual care delivery across all 50 US states. The company is building production AI agents and automation workflows to power its revenue operations. As an AI Automation Analyst, you will own end-to-end AI automation builds for the revenue engine. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining LLM-backed agents for intent filtering, lead grading, contract parsing, and competitive monitoring. You'll architect durable data integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com, Jira, NetSuite, and ad platforms, triggered by deal milestones and lifecycle events. Key ownership areas: - Build and maintain production AI agents with prompt design, tool wiring, structured output contracts, and failure handling - Design end-to-end integrations across CRM and financial systems so GTM handoffs are programmatic - Inventory and migrate existing automations ahead of Salesforce cutover - Own reliability post-launch: alerting, error triage, mean time to restore - Document processes and recovery procedures so teammates can pick up your builds - Track before-and-after metrics for every automation shipped - Partner with Revenue Enablement to drive adoption and iterate based on user feedback You'll work directly with AEs, AMs, CSMs, Implementation, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand processes before automating them. This is a hands-on build role where you ship working automations rather than write decks about them. Requirements: 2–5 years in revenue ops, marketing ops, sales ops, systems, or automation with real build ownership. Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce) including workflows, properties, custom objects, and data lifecycle. Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, Workato, n8n). Proven LLM building experience (prompt design, structured output, tool use). Strong testing instincts and comfort in multi-system data environments. Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level). Healthcare or regulated-data experience a plus. Full-time position based in Lima, Peru with formal Peruvian employment, 9am–6pm Monday–Friday. Benefits include 100% EPS healthcare and oncology insurance, AFP retirement, unlimited vacation, and coworking access in Miraflores with accessibility accommodations.
