Snowflake is seeking an AI Associate to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive AI-powered transformation across the company. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy, focusing on building and deploying AI agents that solve real business problems.
You will design, build, and deploy AI agents across Snowflake functions—from automating executive reporting to creating tools that help sales, marketing, and engineering teams operate at significantly higher velocity. Working closely with product teams, you will provide first-hand signal on what works and what's missing, directly informing the product roadmap through your day-to-day usage of Snowflake's own AI capabilities.
Your approach will be hands-on and iterative: rather than writing strategy documents, you will embed with teams, understand their workflows, and build AI-powered solutions that fundamentally change how they operate. You will then move to the next team, scaling this transformation across the organization.
You will serve as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team, using AI tools to stress-test strategies, surface data-driven insights, and provide real-time perspectives on business decisions. You will also help define and demonstrate what an AI-native operating model looks like at Snowflake—establishing standards for automated reporting, predictive metrics, LLM-driven communications, and agentic workflows that can be scaled across the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents: designing multi-step agentic workflows, tool-use patterns, and AI pipelines that run autonomously (not just using ChatGPT)
- Strong data fluency: comfortable querying, analyzing, and reasoning about data using SQL, Python, or equivalent
- First principles thinking: ability to break problems down to fundamentals and rebuild from first principles rather than relying on existing playbooks
- Exceptional communication skills: translate technical concepts into business impact and write clearly for executive audiences
- Low ego, high agency: comfortable operating behind the scenes, picking up whatever needs doing, and working across all organizational levels
- Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and the AI Data Cloud ecosystem
- Public portfolio of AI projects (GitHub repos, shipped products, blog posts, or side projects demonstrating builder instinct)
