ALGOTEQUE is an IT consultancy firm specializing in innovative technology solutions for startups and enterprises across Telecom, Energy, Banking, Insurance, Pharma, Automotive, and e-commerce sectors. We are seeking an AI Agent / Prompt Engineer to support a project focused on analyzing financial data and supporting financial reporting processes.
In this role, you will design and improve prompts and instructions for AI agents, test AI agent outputs to identify errors and inconsistencies, and develop reliable workflows for processing and interpreting financial information. You will work with both structured and unstructured financial data and documentation, validating AI-generated results against source data and defined requirements. Key responsibilities include defining rules and instructions for how AI agents should process financial information, documenting prompts, workflows, test cases, and improvements, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. You will continuously improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI agent outputs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, LLMs, or similar AI-based solutions
- Practical experience with tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Understanding of prompt design, AI workflows, and structured outputs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data and AI-generated outputs
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Basic understanding of French, with the ability to understand common financial and reporting terminology
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in financial services, investment management, accounting, or reporting
- Experience working with financial statements or investment-related data
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL
- Experience with APIs or AI workflow automation
- Experience testing or evaluating AI/LLM outputs
