Typeform is seeking an Agency Partner Manager to own and scale its Agency Partner Program across Europe. This is a hands-on commercial role focused on building revenue-generating relationships with marketing, digital, research, customer experience, and professional services agencies.
You will recruit and activate partners, support their growth, and drive net new revenue across their client base. A key focus area is Research Flow, Typeform's AI-moderated research platform that combines qualitative depth with quantitative scale, enabling teams to design studies, recruit participants, run adaptive conversations, and generate insights rapidly. You'll help agencies incorporate these capabilities into their service offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing success
- Building strong commercial relationships with agencies to extend Typeform's reach and create new solutions
- Helping partners package Typeform and Research Flow into services across customer research, market research, lead generation, marketing, and customer experience
- Driving net new MRR through agency-sourced and agency-influenced opportunities via co-selling with Sales and Customer Success
- Setting and managing quarterly objectives around revenue, partner activation, and program growth
- Partnering with Marketing on shared campaigns, webinars, case studies, and demand generation
- Refining partner segmentation, tiers, incentives, and reporting to create a scalable program
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partner Operations teams.
Required experience: 5+ years in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or agency management with a proven track record of generating revenue through agency or services partners. Strong understanding of marketing, digital, research, or professional services agency models. Experience building scalable partner programs and processes. Strong commercial judgment managing revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance. Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Nice-to-have: SaaS platform experience, open APIs and integrations, research technology familiarity, or platform growth strategies.
